For the first time, students organized an MD Night for medical students. More than 230 students, who are interested in doing a medical doctoral thesis at the faculty of medicine at OVGU Magdeburg, joined the event.
SynAGE proudly presented their program in front of more than 240 medical students and PIs from different fields to get even more medical students excited in doing an MD in basic research. Afterwards, our project leader Prof. Dr. Stefanie Schreiber presented her project idea to recruit new medical students for our second cohort of medical doctorates, starting in October 2021.
